История успеха проекта перехода на новую версию системы в компании АО "Арна" осуществленной с помощью команды специалистов компании SynConsult.

Transition to 4.0. version of Ducat Company.

JSC Arna Company with trade mark DUCAT works more than 13 уears at the Kazakhstan market and offers complex of state-of-the-art telecommunication services of improve quality to various user category. Today, DUCAT Company provides up-to-date services as for big and medium business so for private users.

In October 2002, SynConsult Company specialists implemented Microsoft Dynamics Nav 3.6.version enterprise management system to JSC Arna. This project was the first successful completed implementation of Microsoft Dynamics Nav system in Kazakhstan that showed the excellent key figure of SynConsult company team professionalism. Transfer project JSC Arna to 3.7 version was started in December 2004. The full transfer to new version of automated opening balance sheet migration with required specification was completed in March 2005.

December 2006 was the beginning of new transfer project of Microsoft Dynamics Nav system with 3.7. version to upgraded 4.0. version.

The 4.0 version of Microsoft Dynamics NAV enterprise management system representing by world producer is improved by business analysis facilities and productions:

  • Improvement of users interface.
  • Simplicity & efficiency improving.
  • Development of Commerce Portal (BizTalk 2004) and User Portal.
  • Enlarging of base production and planning.
  • Perfection in Finance Management.
  • Business Analytics.

Within the limits of this project the SynConsult execute the following works:

  • Transfer the functionality on tax statement generation to 3.7. version
  • Transfer to 4.0. with base preparation using new chart of accounts approved by the Ministry of Finance of RK. Transfer is carried out as per the following system functional areas:
    • Cash Assets.
    • Fixed Assets.
    • Sales and Receivables.
    • HR & Payroll.
    • Purchase and Payables.
    • Warehouse and Stocks.
    • Integration with external systems such as CBOSS, electronic banking system.
  • Implementation of setup mechanism and tax statement preparation developed by SynConsult Company
  • Automation of procurement business process and payment approval in 4.0. version.

Currently the transfer of functionality on tax statement preparation to 3.7. version and database of 4.0. version was completed by SynConsult Company specialists with due consideration of JSC Arna requirements.

Upon completion of project the JSC Arna shall receive possibility of Microsoft Dynamics NAV 4.0 enterprise management system implementation that increases effectiveness and company competitive ability.
