SynConsult - Kazakhstan consulting company started to carry out the project of Oil & Gas solution implementation at Helios Company based on SAP platform.

Helios company management considering the necessity of the ERP systems that will allow to carry out accounting in single information space of all business information carried out analysis of Kazakhstan IT market in order to choose the following:

According to the tender carried out by Helios Company within the suppliers of software and IT consulting providers the project was assigned to SynConsult Company – the Kazakhstan IT-Consulting company.

Within the project the SynConsult’s experts plan to implement a wide spectrum of SAP ERP 6.0 systems functionalities for automation of accounting, tax and administrative processes. Besides abovementioned it is planned to implement IS-Oil solution that is SAP ERP solution for oil-gas industry.

IS-oil solution contains the special solution for gas stations and small stores and will allow to improve petroleum products management efficiency, including storage, transportation and distribution.

For the investment recoupment of the implementation project, the creation of the unified information space, allowing to unite all systems used at the enterprise before the process of information distribution within the Branches of Helios company is planned. After implementation of the SAP ERP pilot functionalities, allowing to manage all necessary business processes of the company the systems of strategic management is to be developed.

The project on ERP systems implementation is functionally wide that reflected in terms of its realization. Approximate duration of the project will be 4 years according to SynConsult’s experts calculations.

Implementation of SynConsult solutions will allow to carry out financial and production activities of Helios company as a single process, and also provides ERP systems on-line that will allow managers to make quick administrative decisions and to improve inter-cooperation within different departments taking part in various company processes.
