MAERSK Oil Kazakhstan GmbH is subsidiary company of MAERSK OLIE OG GAS AS. Company has Siagak and Dunga oil - deposits at the north-west and west of Kazakhstan. At the present time commercialization projects of complete development of Saigak and Dunga deposits are implemented.

Cooperation between MAERSK Oil Kazakhstan GmbH oil producing company and SynConsult Company set up in 2005 with preliminary survey including complete analysis of business processes and customer requirements. Upon completion of it the SynConsult Company offers proposal on implementation of additional unit “HR & Payroll” within operating of Microsoft Dynamics Nav system to MAERSK Oil Kazakhstan GmbH Company.

Within frameworks of project the SynConsult Company specialists have automated work process of HR and accounting which is generated payroll as per all customer requirements:

* Compulsory performance of Kazakhstan legislation requirements.
* Data base generation of company employee.
* Document management – basic order forms.
* Automatic payroll accounting per complex algorithm.

In the course of project the additional setup developed by SynConsult Company specialists executed according to the Customer requirements and Labor Law of RK:

* Development and performance of plans of employee training and education.
* Integration with Bank cards
* Salary transfer to bank cards.
* Integration with Pension funds.
* Full time employee payroll as in KZT so in USD.
* Integration with Tax Committee.
* Integration with Statistics Agency.

Implementation of “HR &Payroll” unit to MAERSK Oil Kazakhstan GmbH was the first stage on system localization in accordance with the requirements of Kazakhstan legislation. The development of payroll accounting for expatriate employees and implementation of tax accounting according to the TC of RK demands are in further project plans.
