JSC Altel with trademark Dalacom, Mobile Network Operator at the territory of Kazakhstan providing services from progressive broadband, competitive according to the value of CDMA products customized for requirements demanding of mobile network users. Since 1994 JSC Altel offers telecommunication services in large cities of Kazakhstan. In 10 December 2003 JSC Altel delivers the Dalacom network of cellular communication to the commercial operation working at new standard CDMA2000 1X at frequency 800 MHz. In 13 February 2004 the PAThWORD card cellular communication was launched. JSC Altel offers SMS services, MMS, Internet, WAP, mobile portal as well as various network services using Dalacom and PAThWORD.
